Start your day off right with this antioxidant and vitamin-rich green smoothie. It tastes sweet, yet tart and is bright and refreshing.

Ingredients
  • 1 green apple peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 cup green grapes frozen
  • 1 handful fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup organic apple juice
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
  1. Use a blender or food processor. Blend all ingredients up to the lime juice until it is a smooth consistency. Stir in the lime juice just before serving for added freshness.
