Happy anniversary! Pine Needles In My Salad is one year old!!
If you would have told me a year and a half ago that I’d be busy blogging, creating new recipes and sharing them with the world, I would have told you – no way! And here I am, a year later doing just that. At that time I had no idea about things I rely heavily on now like web hosting. In all truth, I would have been hard-pressed to name one or two hosting companies let alone tell you which one is the best!
It’s important for all of us to celebrate milestones. During the past year I’ve learned allot more than just new recipes to share with you. I’ve learned allot about myself too. Digging deeper into one of my passions has helped me grow as a person, mom, neighbor and business entrepreneur. I’m excited to say even though my first year of blogging had a few bumps along the way, I am happy with the challenge and many accomplishments. Luckily this wasn’t a stumble and fall disaster either, with the help of services such as HostiServer to keep me and my blog afloat and keep me interacted with you guys, I have honestly had a great experience this past year. I have also become more involved in the local community and met some amazing people in the food and blogging industry thanks to interacting with followers more. I am looking forward to continuing and growing these relationships.
So, what can you look forward to in the future?
- Definitely more great recipes, both original (created by me) and one’s that I’ve discovered from amazing chefs around the world. I will share both recipes and cultural stories from my personal travels.
- You can also expect fantastic and exclusive content in my monthly email newsletter.
- And best of all – my first cooking workshops in the Spring/Summer of 2016. These workshops will be small, exclusive and affordable.
