Sprinkle these caramelized candied pecans on salads or your favorite fall desserts. Pairs perfectly with pumpkin pie!

  • 1 cup whole pecans
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  1. Line a dinner plate with parchment paper and set aside. Use a medium-sized skillet.
  2. On medium-high heat, melt the butter and sauté the pecans a couple minutes. This lightly toasts the pecans. Sprinkle the sugar over the nuts and toss to coat. Continue cooking, tossing the pecans until the sugar begins to brown and caramelize.
  3. Move the pecans to the parchment lined dinner plate to cool. Once fully cooled, store in an airtight container or jar. Use on your favorite salads or desserts.
