Blueberry vinaigrette

Fresh blueberry vinaigrette dressing is a berry-licious dressing for your healthy summer salads.

  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. The vinaigrette dressing can be stored in the fridge 3-5 days.
